Meet Our Therapists
Dani is the founder of Inner Healing Therapy. She established this safe and supportive space in July 2024 and is dedicated to serving the Wilmington community. Outside the office, Dani enjoys hot yoga, hiking in the mountains, and browsing antique shops around Wilmington.
She is passionate about holistic healing and takes a unique, relationship-centered approach to therapy. Dani emphasizes the importance of trust and connection before engaging in deep trauma work. Once safety is established, she gently encourages clients to step beyond their comfort zones—both in and outside of sessions.
Drawing from an empowering and strength-based perspective, Dani helps clients reprocess trauma and rebuild a sense of wholeness as they are. She enjoys working with spiritual individuals, highly sensitive people, and empaths.
Her therapeutic style is relational, holistic, and trauma-focused. Dani often integrates EMDR, Inner Child Work, Psychodynamic theory, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based Interventions into her sessions.
If you’re interested in learning more about Dani’s approach or beginning therapy, feel free to reach out today for a free consultation.

Treatment Specialty: Helping adults heal from
burn-out and traumatic life experiences
Moriah is a trauma-informed nature therapist who believes that even during life's most difficult seasons, people possess the resilience and strengths needed to create positive change.
She has clinical experience working with veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, individuals who have experienced trauma, chronic stress, substance abuse, grief, and life-changing events. She understands the unique challenges faced by those in high-stress professions and strives to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel understood and respected.
Using a trauma-informed approach, Moriah recognizes the impact that past experiences can have on thoughts, emotions, relationships, and overall functioning. She blends together the use of cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered approaches, and EMDR therapy to help clients process traumatic memories and experiences in a way that reduces their emotional intensity while promoting healing and growth.
Moriah's style is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. She works with individuals who are seeking direction, clarity, and practical strategies to navigate life's challenges. Whether you're experiencing stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or professional burnout, she strives to provide a space where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped with tools to move forward with confidence.
Moriah offers both telehealth and local walk-and-talk therapy. By combining traditional therapy with outdoor experiences, walk-and-talk therapy encourages clients to access healing through gentle movement and exploring one's special connection with nature. This integrated approach to therapy provides a comfortable space to explore your thoughts, set goals, practice grounding skills, and promote overall emotional wellness.
She is passionate about helping individuals move beyond survival mode and toward a life defined by purpose, connection, and resilience. Rather than focusing solely on problems, you both will work together to uncover solutions, set achievable goals, and develop actionable steps that align with your values and vision for the future.
No matter where you are in your healing journey, she is committed to creating a safe space where meaningful recovery can occur. If Moriah sounds like a good therapeutic match, feel free to reach out to schedule a free consultation today
